The present Petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator by 12 months from the date viz., 28.02.2024 when it expired.

It is submitted that the pleadings are complete and only the arguments are to be addressed on behalf of the parties. 5.
Present none on behalf of the respondent. However, an affidavit has been annexed by Mr. Aditya Kumar Dokania, Authorised Representative of the respondent giving no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitrator.
