By the present petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers :

a) Call for the records of Mt. No. 177/18 titled as Poornima Mallick etc Vs. Debangshu Mallick from the court of Ms. Seema Maini, Principal Judge, Family Court, North-West District, Rohini, Delhi. b) Revise and set aside judgment dated 23.01.2023 passed by the Ld. Court of Ms. Seema Maini, Principal Judge, Family Court, North-West District, Rohini, Delhi, in the matter of Poornima Mallick etc Vs. Debangshu Mallick in Mt. No. 177/18.

c) Stay the operation of judgment dated 23.01.2023 during the pendency of the present proceeding. d) pass such further Order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Way back by order dated 03.01.2024, submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner was recorded that the petitioner is in a position to pay a sum of ₹10,000/- per month as maintenance.

To show his bona fide, the entire amount along with the arrears calculated @ ₹10,000/- per month was directed to be deposited with the Registry of this Court.

The order dated 03.01.2024 has not been complied with. 5.

The record further indicates that repeated adjournments are taken on behalf of the petitioner.

Today also, the learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that the main counsel, who is to address arguments, is not available.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition. 8.

The present petition is, therefore, dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
