O R D E R

% 24.09.2019 The present petition has been filed praying therein for directions to the Court below for expeditious disposal of application of the petitioner filed under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.

Learned ASC for the State has handed over copy of the Status Report in the Court and another copy has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned ASC for the State submits that pursuant to the orders passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, an FIR No.334/2019 under sections 325/506/34 IPC has been registered at P.S. Tilak Nagar. Since an FIR has been registered, the prayer of the petitioner for expeditious disposal of the application under Section 156(3) stands satisfied. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
