At the outset, at the suggestion of Mr. Anuj Aggarwal, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2, and with the consent of other learned counsel for the respective parties, it is directed that the present petition itself shall be treated as a representation by the respondent nos.1 and 2 and a reasoned order thereon shall be passed by the respondent nos.1 and 2, within a period of 4 weeks from today, after considering the pleas raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
