% 08.04.2019 Petitioner seeks bail in FIR No.97/2018, under Sections 307/34 of IPC and under Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at police station Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi while claiming that he is innocent and in custody since 7th March, 2018.

Upon notice, Dr. M.P.Singh, Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that charge-sheet has been filed and the role attributed to petitioner is of extorting the co-accused. It is pointed by learned counsel for petitioner that injured had not named the petitioner at the earliest opportunity. To submit so, attention of this Court is drawn to the MLC report of injured. Upon hearing and on perusal of the FIR of this case, MLC as well as the status report filed, it is directed that petitioner be released on bail BAIL APPLN. 772/2019

subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court of this case. With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
