% 16.03.2020 This is a petition for quashing of the FIR No.453/2017 P. S. New Ashok Nagar under Section 498-A/406/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. It is stated the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide the settlement agreement dated 11.10.2019. The last leg of the payment of Rs.2,00,000/- vide a draft bearing no.500095 drawn on ICICI Bank, Kosi Kalan, Mathura, UP, has been paid to the respondent no.2 in the Court today. Further it is stated there are no claims left against the petitioners on any account. In the circumstances, the petition stands disposed of alongwith the pending application(s) and the FIR No.453/2017 P. S. New Ashok Nagar under Section 498-A/406/34 of IPC stands quashed alongwith the proceedings emanating from it. Order dasti. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
