The present petition seeks removal of an unauthorised religious structure/temple which is stated to be encroaching upon Central Park, Pocket-6, Sector-22, Rohini, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that a demolition order qua the said encroachment has already been passed. not be carried out due to non-availability of police force. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that appropriate police assistance, as may be sought by the MCD, shall be forthwith provided for the purpose of any action proposed to be taken by the MCD. 4.

Learned counsel for the MCD submits that requisite action for removal of the unauthorized construction/encroachment shall be taken in accordance with law, latest within a period of six weeks from today. 5.

Taking the aforesaid statements on record and binding the MCD thereto, the present petition stands disposed of.
