Counsel for plaintiff has drawn attention of this Court to Practice Direction No. 45/Rules/DHC dated 23.12.2016 of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and thereafter, he requests to transfer the present matter to The Family Court of the concerned District. Counsel for defendants seeks time to go through the Practice Direction and the Judgment referred therein and thereafter, make his submissions on the aspect of transfer of the case.
