The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "(I) Allow the present writ petition (II) Issue a writ / order / direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the FIR No. 73/19, PS Crime Branch u/s 420/120B IPC. (III) Issue any further or other writ / order / direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
