By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 73/2025 dated 26.01.2025, registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy, District Outer North, New Delhi, under Sections 64(1)/115(2)/351(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

At the very outset, it appears from the record that the prosecutrix is yet to be examined. Mr. Nikhil Kumar Vats, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, with liberty to the applicant to approach the learned Sessions Court after the testimony of the prosecutrix is recorded.

The applicant has also filed an application for interim bail on medical grounds, being CRL.M.(BAIL) 791/2026. before the learned Sessions Court and is, therefore, at liberty to do so. 4.

The bail application, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the case or on any proposed application before the learned Sessions Court, which may be considered by the learned Sessions Court in accordance with law.
