This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the present petition.

Mr. Vashisht, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that during the pendency of the proceedings, the parties have arrived at a settlement in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") dated 03.01.2026 putting a closure to the grievances of the petitioners. 3.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Ms. Kakar, Mr. Mathew and Mr. Kaushik, learned counsels, accept notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2, respondent No. 3 and respondent No. 4 respectively and have no objection to the application being allowed.

Binding the petitioner and respondent No. 4 to the terms of the MoU, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive in case the terms of the MoU are not complied with.

The application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. W.P.(C) 4515/2024 7.
