In view of the statements made in the counter affidavit in that case, which are similar to the contents of the counter affidavit placed on record today, the fact that lands in Khasra No.270 min (1-13) belonged to Gram Sabha Gaddhe, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this Writ Petition with further permission to pursue fresh proceedings on the basis of full and necessary facts. Permission granted.
