This order is in continuation of the yesterday's order. 2.

It is deemed appropriate that this execution petition, which in any case has also to be transferred to the subordinate courts in accordance with the Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, be also transferred to the same Court to which suit has been transferred.

On enquiry it is informed that the suit, of the order wherein execution is sought is now pending in the Court of Ms. Deepali Sharma, Additional District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (the counsels do not know which district) and is listed next on 17th January, 2017. 3.

This proceeding is also transferred to the Court of District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi who is requested to assign the same to the same learned Additional District Judge before whom the suit is pending. EX.P. 254/2003
