By way of this petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"(a) to direct the respondents no 1 to 3 stop the harassment of the petitioner/complainant and to provide police protection through beat constable of area to the petitioner and also direct the respondent no 1 to 3 to immediately to take legal step on the complaints of the petitioner against the respondents no 4 to 7 of dated 04.02.2026 and 31.03.2026 and call the respondent no 1 before this court and take explanation that why action has not been taken on the complaints of the petitioner of dated:

04.02.2026 and 31.03.2026.

and forfited/confiscated/seized the illegal and legal arms of the respondents who are openly create panic and terror in the locality. c) pass any other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case; in the favor of the petitioner and in the interest of Justice." 2.

filed apprehending threats upon the petitioner's life and liberty from respondent Nos. 4 and 5. He therefore seeks a direction upon the concerned Assistant Commissioner of Police ["ACP"] to give necessary instructions, so that the petitioner is protected from such apprehended threats.

Mr Yasir Rauf Ansari, learned Additional Standing Counsel, submits that it is evident from the memo of parties that the petitioner already has the mobile numbers of the concerned ACP and SHO. He submits that, in the event of any exigency, the petitioner may call either of those numbers and necessary steps will be taken, in accordance with law.

As no further orders are sought in this writ petition, the petition is disposed of in these terms.

It is made clear that notice has not been issued to any of the private respondents, and this order is not intended to make any observation on the veracity of the allegations against them.
