O R D E R

% 03.05.2019 This order is in continuation of the last two orders. In terms of the last order, petitioner has already joined the investigation. Without commenting on the merits of this case, interim order of 10th April, 2019 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer.

It is made clear that as and when petitioner is served with notice to appear before the authorities concerned he shall abide, failing which the respondent-State shall be at liberty to get this order revoked. The bail application is accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
