The Petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of the Summoning Order dated 31.01.2015 of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate in the Complaint Case No.

630320/2016, titled as 'Pride Creations vs.M/s Great Coating Solutions and Ors.' qua the petitioner and consequently quashed all the proceedings qua him in the said complaint case.
