The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 CrPC seeking grant of parole for a period of 30 days in connection with FIR No.

409/1999 under Sections 307/302/304B/498A/34 IPC registered at PS Timar Pur on the ground that the marriage of the niece of the petitioner is scheduled for 06.04.2024. 2.

Notice was issued in the petition on 27.03.2024 with the direction to the State to file a status report.

The status report has been filed and the same is on record. A perusal of the same shows that the factum of marriage has been verified. 4.

surrendered. Subsequently he was re-arrested on 03.07.2023. 5.

He submits that the petitioner may be granted parole with condition of two sureties out of which one should be of his sister. 6.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of 03 weeks from the date of his release subject to his furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- and two Surety Bonds of the like amount, out of which one Surety Bond should be by the real sister of the petitioner, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall provide his mobile number to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition and he shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned.

The petition stands disposed of.
