The learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the opinion of the FSL has been received and the final report would be filed within a period of four to six weeks. 2.

In view of the above, since the final report is almost ready, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition at this stage.

The petitioner would be at liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court or a petition before this Court in case the petitioner feels that the investigation is not being carried out in a proper manner.
