Sole objection raised by the respondent no.1 is that the petitioner's jurisdiction would be within the Central District. The petitioner, however, has made the application to the New Delhi District. He thus submits that if the petitioner files an application before the Central District, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an application before the Central District, under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. 3.

If the petitioner does so, let this application be taken to its logical conclusions without further delay.
