% 17.10.2019 Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have threat of life from parents and relatives of petitioner no. 2 and they seek protection. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that necessary protection would be granted to petitioners and mobile numbers of Beat Constable, SHO concerned and a woman ASI would be provided to petitioners so that they can contact them in case of exigency. In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition.

This petition and application stand accordingly disposed of as not pressed.
