The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing no. 768/2017, under Sections 308/34 of the IPC registered with Police Station Uttam Nagar (South West), be quashed. 2.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. 3.

Respondent nos. 2 to 7 are present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer.

It is stated that the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 7 are neighbours and it is seen that the FIR in question was filed in relation to the incident that had occurred between the petitioners and respondent no.2 to 7. 5.

Respondent no.2 to 7 state that they have resolved all the disputes with the petitioners and do not wish to pursue the present FIR. They also confirm that they are parties to the memorandum of understanding dated

27.02.2019 entered into between the concerned parties for resolving their disputes.

The petitioners are also present in Court and states that they have no grievances against respondent nos.2 to 7 and request that the FIR in question be quashed.

In view of the aforesaid statements made by the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 7), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR bearing no. 768/2017, under Sections 308/34 of the IPC registered with Police Station Uttam Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The concerned parties (petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 7) shall sign this order as an acknowledgement of their statements recorded herein. VIBHU BAKHRU, J NOVEMBER 26, 2019 RK
