Having heard the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of while directing the petitioner School to make an appropriate representation to the Deputy Commission of Police (Traffic) and to the Transport Department, Government of NCT of Delhi giving complete particulars of the cabs/taxis which are operating in the vicinity of the School in violation of the relevant government rules and regulations including the School Cab Policy. 3.
