O R D E R

% 19.03.2020 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of three months in case FIR No. 117/2019, registered at Police Station Special Cell for the offences punishable under Section 21/25/29 NDPS Act. It is verified by the IO that wife of the petitioner/applicant delivered a female child on 11.03.2020 and mother and child, both are in ICU of Dev Putra Hospital.

As submitted by counsel for petitioner that petitioner has to arrange funds for treatment of his wife and child, therefore, I hereby direct the jail superintendent concerned to allow petitioner to visit his wife and child at Dev Putra Hospital, Nangloi, Delhi-110041 from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm for a period of one week in police protection.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of.

Incharge of above mentioned hospital is directed, that if permissible, upon seeing the medical conditions of wife and child of the petitioner, he shall be allowed to interact with them.

It is made clear that during custody, petitioner can interact with the persons with whom he wants to interact for finances and after furnishing details to the police, he will be allowed to interact and meet them. Order dasti under the signatures of Court Master. Copy of this order be transmitted to the Incharge of above mentioned hospital for necessary compliance.

Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent concerned for necessary compliance.
