% 16.03.2020 Petitioner is facing sentence for the offences under Sections 302/307/34 IPC, in FIR No. 35/2009, registered at police station Chankya Puri, New Delhi and vide this petition, he is seeking a direction to the competent authority to decide his application for furlough, which is pending consideration before it.

Upon notice, learned counsel appearing for respondent/State has placed on record nominal roll dated 16th March, 2020 along with a copy of order dated 13th March, 2020 vide which the competent authority has granted 2nd spell of furlough of two weeks to the petitioner. In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner does not press W.P.(Crl.) 724/2020

this petition.

The petition and application stand disposed of as not pressed accordingly.
