The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking extension of parole on the ground that the petitioner's father has expired on 11.03.2020 and the petitioner being the son has to perform the last rites and rituals of his father.

The death certificate of petitioner father from the Park Hospital, Group Super Speciality Hospital has been placed on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, has not disputed the aforesaid factum of death.

In view of the above, the parole of the petitioner as mentioned in the order dated 22.10.2019 is extended by another period of two weeks on the same terms and conditions.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
