O R D E R

% 10.08.2016 The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with liberty to approach the Arbitral Tribunal under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The interim order passed on 01.02.2016 shall be operative for a period of one week from today. It is clarified that the Arbitral Tribunal shall examine the matter uninfluenced by the said ex parte interim order (passed on 01.02.2016).

In the event the application under Section 17 of the Act is filed, it is expected that same shall be heard and finally decided within the period of three months from the date of filing of said application.
