By way of the present application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 66/2026, dated 01.02.2026, registered under Sections 318(4)/61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, lodged at Police Station Rajinder Nagar. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Ashim Sood, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, he seeks a clarification that, despite the withdrawal of this application, if at all the petitioner is to be arrested, the same may be done in accordance with law, and after compliance of all statutory and legal formalities, and upon satisfaction with regard to the requirement of custodial interrogation.
