% 16.03.2020 This revision petition is filed against the impugned orders dated 20.07.2019 and order of sentence dated 25.07.2019 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate in CC No.4855/2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits all the four matters have been amicably settled between the parties and the complainant has paid an amount of Rs.14,90,000/- vide four demand drafts bearing nos.792597; 792598; 792601; 792602 all dated 03.03.2020 drawn by Syndicate Bank, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi in the name of the respondent for full and final settlement against all the claims of the respondents in four revision petitions viz. CRL.REV.P. 224/2020, CRL.REV.P.

225/2020, CRL.REV.P.

226/2020, CRL.REV.P.

222/2020. The compromise deed dated 04.03.2020 is on record. It is further stated on receipt of the amount from the petitioner the respondent shall have no claim left in all four matters above.

In the circumstances, the offence stands compounded subject to a payment of 15% of the cheque amount in all four matters to be deposited in the name of Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks from today.

In the circumstances, on furnishing deposit receipt of the payment by petitioner with the DHCLSC, the petitioner be released forthwith from custody, if not wanted in any other case. In case the petitioner is failed to comply the above conditions the registry is directed to list these matters before this Court. Copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court and Jail Superintendent concerned for information and compliance. The petitions stands disposed of along with pending applications.
