This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:

"(a) direction to Respondent No.2 to consider further and decide, in a time bound manner, the partially pending Application of the Petitioner Institution, seeking permission for shifting the premises, from its "existing" to its "new", qua the duly recognized B.Ed. course; and (b) consequent direction to Respondent No.2 to issue the Order of Restoration of Recognition to Petitioner Institution for running the B.Ed. course at its new premises, with the original sanctioned intake and all consequential benefits of being a recognized institution..."

respondents and opposes the petition.

I am of the view that the petitioner is only seeking consideration of his representation in a time bound manner for shifting of its premises and for restoration of recognition for running B.Ed. course. The respondents, in case are not agreeable, can always raise all of their objections in the order passed considering the representation of the petitioner. 5.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation as per law and in accordance with the extant rules and regulations, in an expeditious manner and not later than 8 weeks from today.

The petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms, along with, pending applications, if any.
