This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer:- "a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction directing the respondents to consider and decide the representations dated 17.11.2021, 02.03.2022 and 17.02.2026 of petitioner institution for M.Ed. course for academic session 2026-2027...."

Ms. Malhotra, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and opposes the contentions raised in the petition. 4.
