% 20.01.2020 Crl.M.A. 1181/2020 Vide this application, modification in the order of 9th December, 2019 passed by this Court is sought to the extent that in the said order it be mentioned that the petitioner confines the relief for any early completion of investigation.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, Additional Standing Counsel for respondent No.1/State accepts notice and submits that the relief sought is innocuous and, there is no objection if this prayer is allowed. Heard.

It is directed that in the order of 9th December, 2019, the second paragraph stating 'learned counsel for the petitioner prays only for an early completion of investigation' be substituted with the words "At the W.P.(CRL) 904/2019

hearing, learned counsel for petitioner confines the relief for an early completion of investigation."
