After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is agreeable to act in accordance with the observations/ recommendations recorded during the discussion that took place between the petitioner and the respondents, pursuant to order dated 01.05.2023 passed by this Court, on the book 'The Spy Catchers' which was authored by the petitioner.

The list of observations/recommendations of the respondents supplied to the petitioner, has been annexed as Annexure-R4 of the counter-affidavit to the present petition.
