These are applications for early hearing.

For the reasons stated therein, the above captioned matters are taken up for consideration.

These matters have been put up before this Court for transfer of petition filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (MT No.27/2019 captioned Smt. Shruti Jindal and Ors. v. Shri Pratik Jindal), which is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, New Delhi District, Patiala House and the suit for permanent injunction (CS No.11/2018 captioned Smt. Shruti Jindal and Ors. v. Shri Pratik Jindal) from the said court to any other court. This is for the reason that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala House has since recused from hearing the aforementioned matters.

This Court is also informed that there is no other Family Court functioning within the jurisdiction of the New Delhi District. A similar matter being TR.P.35/2019 was disposed of by this Court by an order dated 29.04.2019, thereby transferring the matter to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari, West District. 4.

In view of the above orders, the present petitions - MT No.27/2019 (Smt. Shruti Jindal and Ors. v. Shri Pratik Jindal) and CS No.11/2018 (Smt. Shruti Jindal and Ors. v. Shri Pratik Jindal) are transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari, West District. 5.

The petitions are disposed of.

The hearing scheduled on 18.11.2019 stands cancelled. 7.
