This is an application for early hearing.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. TR.P.(C.) 35/2019 4.

This is a transfer petition, which has been listed before this Court as it appears that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Courts has recused from hearing the petition under Sections 6, 7 and 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1980 - GS. 23/2018 captioned 'Pratik Jindal v. Shruti Jindal'.

It is also informed that there is no other Family Court functioning within the jurisdiction of the New Delhi District. 5.

The notice in the above captioned petition was issued, returnable on

18.07.2019.

Since the above petition has been listed on account of recusal of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Court, this Court does not consider it necessary to await any representation on behalf of the respondent.

In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to direct that the present petition and pending applications be heard by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari (West District). The Registry is directed to ensure that the relevant files are transferred to the concerned Court. 7.

In the first instance, the petition and applications shall be listed before the concerned court on 07.05.2019. The parties are at liberty to pursue their applications before the concerned court. 8.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner shall ensure that a copy of this order is served upon the respondent and her counsel. 9.

The petition is disposed of.

The pending application is also disposed of.

The hearing scheduled on 18.07.2019 stands cancelled. 11.
