Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition.

This Court notes that vide order dated 21st March, 2025, the statement of learned counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), has been noted that the building in question, i.e., Property No. 2868, Gali Dharamshala Wali, Subzi Mandi, Delhi-110007, has already been declared as a dangerous building.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the tenant, and he has already handed over the possession of the shop, to the landlord.
