The present petition is filed seeking leave to appeal against the orders dated 25.10.2021 and 29.11.2021, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (MM)-01, East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, pursuant to which the Respondent was acquitted for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 ('NI Act').
