% 04.04.2019 Crl.M.A. No.7225/2019 (early hearing) This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner seeking early hearing and expeditious disposal of the bail application. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application for early hearing as well as the present bail application, which is already listed on 09.08.2019, with liberty to approach the Trial Court.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

Accordingly, the present application as well as the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
