We have been informed by learned counsel representing the respondents Ms.Manisha Agrawal that the subject matter of this writ petition is already pending consideration of this Court in other two petitions being W.P.(C)15596/2023 and W.P.(C)6560/2024.

In view of the aforesaid, we find it appropriate not to permit the multiplicity of proceedings on the same subject matter and, accordingly, dispose of this writ petition along with pending application with liberty to the writ petitioner to seek impleadment in the aforesaid pending matters.
