% 16.03.2020 This petition is filed by the mother against her son-respondent no.2 and grandsons-respondents no.2 and 3 for directing the police to file a charge sheet in FIR No. 553/2019 PS Hari Nagar. The learned APP for State on instructions from the Investigating officer submits the charge sheet shall be filed today itself. Qua the other directions viz. against the respondents no.2 to 4 to vacate the house and further qua maintenance of the petitioner by the respondent no.2, the petitioner may avail alternate efficacious remedy. However it is further submitted the petitioner shall be satisfied in case she is provided police protection against respondents no.2 to 4. In the circumstances the concerned SHO shall provide his personal mobile number as also the mobile number of the beat officer to the petitioner by sending the official to her and to apprise her in case she has any issue, she may contact them immediately. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of alongwith the pending application.
