The application is disposed of directing that upon petitioner filing the miscellaneous application contemplated by the order dated July 15, 2016 before BIFR, it would be listed by the Registrar of the BIFR along with the main reference No.324/1998 before the Board within a week of the application being filed.

The Board shall try and dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible and preferably be within six weeks of it being listed before the Board.
