Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the nature of prayers made in this writ petition, we find it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondent no.1 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 3.

For the aforesaid purpose, the writ petition itself shall be treated to be a representation. The respondent no.1 shall take into consideration all relevant aspects of the matter, the provisions in Delhi Bhartiya Chikitsa Parishad Act, 1998 and the rules framed thereunder and take a informed decision within a period of eight weeks.
