After some hearing, the limited relief sought by the petitioner is that Central Information Commission (CIC) be directed to consider and decide the complaint dated 17.03.2025 filed by the petitioner under Section 20 of the RTI Act, 2005.

Consequently, the CIC is requested to decide the aforesaid application expeditiously and preferably within a period of 4 weeks from today. 3.

The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed.
