% 16.03.2020 This petition is filed for quashing the order dated 23.12.2019 whereby the release of the petitioner on furlough is denied by the competent authority. It is pertinent to note vide the order dated 03.10.2019 of the competent authority the petitioner was directed to be released on furlough by executing a personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties of like amount. This order was rather confirmed in W.P.(Crl.)3365/2019 on 03.12.2019 whereby this Court granted him furlough and directed the authority to release the petitioner subject to furnishing the above sureties.

It is submitted despite the order dated 03.12.2019 of this Court the petitioner is not yet released.

In the circumstances, the order dated 03.12.2019 be complied with within two days from today by the competent authority on the same terms and conditions.

The petition stand disposed of in terms of above. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
