% 30.05.2017 Parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 24.5.2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. As per the Settlement recorded, the respondent has agreed to pay Rs.15 lacs to the petitioner towards full and final settlement of all the claims of the petitioner. The respondent has handed over five post dated cheques of Rs.3 lacs each to the petitioner. In case the cheques are dishonoured the consequences are also stated. Other terms and conditions are also stated in the Settlement Agreement.

Binding the parties to the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement, present petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
