Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had applied to the wrong authority and, according to him, if the petitioner makes an application to the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Shalimar Bagh the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 2.

Let the petitioner to apply before the SDM, Shalimar Bagh. If the petitioner does so, let his application be considered in accordance with law and be decided on merit without being influenced by the impugned communication dated 06.03.2026.
