% 23.12.2025 CM APPL. 81601/2025 in RFA 268/2019 CM APPL. 81596/2025 in RFA 207/2022 By way of these joint applications filed under Order XXIII Rule 1 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeals, submitting that the parties have amicably resolved their inter-se disputes; and have jointly sold the suit property; and that the final decree stands satisfied.

Though it is noticed that vide order dated 11.10.2019 passed in RFA No.268/2019, this court had directed all the parties to maintain status-quo as to the title and possession of the suit property; however since the matters are ending in a settlement, this court does not wish to enter upon that issue. The applications are allowed and disposed-of. RFA 268/2019 RFA 207/2022 In view of the order passed above, the appeals are disposed-of as withdrawn.
