W.P.(C) 3773/2025 & CM APPL. 17547/2025 (by the petitioner under Section 151 CPC seeking interim relief) 3.

The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "a) Pass an appropriate writ, order or direction, thereby directing the respondent to withdraw the impugned order No.CBSE/Aff-/2730792/2024/0155 dated 29.10.2024, orders for shifting the students dated 17.02.2025 and 19.02.2025 and restore the affiliation of the petitioner." 4.

Mr. L.S. Solanki, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at this stage, submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if the present petition is treated as representation by the respondent/CBSE and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. decided in a time-bound manner after affording the petitioner a meaningful opportunity.

In view of the above, issued notice. Ms. Manisha Singh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/CBSE accepts notice. 6.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the present petition be treated as representation by the respondent/CBSE and a speaking order be passed afresh on or before 15.04.2025 and the same may be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the court after the speaking order is passed by the respondent/CBSE, if so advised.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the pending application stands disposed of.
