For the purpose of filing Special Leave Petition, petitioner would have to stay in Delhi. Petitioner is resident of Odisha. Petitioner was directed to furnish Delhi address before his request of parole is considered. However, Delhi address has not been furnished by the petitioner despite opportunities granted to him.
