The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of The Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 25th August, 2025, passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-VI, Delhi in Complaint Case No. 205/2022, whereby an application for review filed by the respondent has been allowed and the order dated 25th November, 2024 has been recalled.

Under Section 41 of The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, an order passed by the District Commission is appealable before the State Commission. The Petitioner, instead of preferring an appeal, has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of The Constitution of India, 1950.
