The respondent no.2-Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation Ltd. [DTTDC] on 14.05.2026, has communicated to the Commissioner of Excise that due to some business reasons, DTTDC would not renew its liquor vends located in Gazipur Paper Market area. The DTTDC, therefore, requests the Excise Department to accord approval to shift the left-over liquor stock to another IMFL vends. 2.

If the petitioner has any grievance, will have to take appropriate remedy against the communication dated 14.05.2026. The relief which is sought in the instant petition, however, cannot be granted in view of the aforesaid development. The petition is, therefore, disposed of.
